The hotel guarantees a check-in from 3pm.
If you arrive earlier, check at the hotel reception if your room is already available.
If not, you can leave your luggage in their storage room until it is. There is also a dedicated workspace in the hotel, from which you can work from pre-event.

Please make sure to bring all relevant work equipment and plan your workspace accordingly if you have to, considering options such as the hotel lobby or your room.

We are meeting at 4.30pm at the hotel lobby and transfer to our Workshop location. It will be a short 10-15min walk.

Selected people (if you don't know what I am taking about, ignore this part), please bring your laptop. We will bring them safely back to the hotel afterwards.

We’ll kick off the event with a workshop, while sipping the first drinks. Please already come dressed and ready in your evening Sunset Chic outfit, since we will head to the dinner location directly from there.

The workshop wraps up at 7pm from where we will head to our dinner location. Another short 10-15min walk through beautiful Poblenou to get there.
